Harvard wants Allston back

I have always thought of Allston as BU land, but apparently Harvard has plans to the contrary. Last Thursday, Jan 11th, Harvard released their plans for Allston to the City of Boston.

The globe reports:

Harvard University today released a sweeping plan to transform a 250-acre swath of Allston into an expanse of academic facilities, student housing and a new public square that officials said would be a twin to Cambridge's Harvard Square across the river, with a plaza, retail stores, theaters and a new art museum.
Fun fact From Universal Hub
Allston was originally part of Cambridge, but seceeded (along with Brighton) when Cambridge refused to repair the bridge linking the two.
