Back up dancers
Back up dancers are needed for a gig at the Middle East on Thursday. I am unsure at this time what kind of music it is, but I am sure you can find that out. This is not a paid gig, but will get lots of exposure in the "local scene." Rumor has it, it will be a sold out show. A backup dancer more known as a background dancer is a performer who dances with or behind the lead performers in a live musical act or a music video. Their movements especially where there are many moving together provide a visual symmetry and rhythm to accompany the music.
