Farmers Market

The farmers markets are opening! The markets in Davis and Central Square began last week. Union Square will begin in June. Do a little good for Massachusetts.

We are a public, non-profit, charitable service organization dedicated to the needs of farmers, consumers and communities. We are managed by a volunteer Board of Directors and work with community development groups. We hold weekly Farmers' Markets in many local neighborhoods and provide support for over 127 farmers' markets state-wide. Massachusetts farmers' markets connect local consumers directly with fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, baked goods, and other products grown or produced on local farms. In addition to providing a healthy shopping experience, markets provide a natural setting for special events and build community in the neighborhoods where they take place
